Volunteer
Are you looking for an area where you can volunteer to help with non-profit work and be a part of innovative projects for the community?
At Kulturschöpfer e.V., it is possible to be part of what we do as a volunteer. As is so often the case, we all have many ideas, but we need support to implement this wealth of ideas. Because it is much easier (and more fun!) to implement and achieve something together as a team, feel free to check out our visions and goals to see if and how you'd like to get involved.
Volunteering allows you to look into all areas, gain experience, meet new people, and/or contribute passionately.
Volunteering as a Community Curator:
• As a CC, you would open or close our space and be present at KS for a CC (morning/ afternoon) shift and act as a contact person for the community.
• By helping as a CC, you can support KS and work on your personal task/job/studies simultaneously. The only requirement is that the tasks you are working on can be interrupted because you need to be available as a contact person. This is also great for part-time people who would like an extra morning or day at Kulturschöpfer, but without paying, it is free!
Social Media and Communication:
• Assist in the planning and execution of social media strategies.
• Assist in creating social media/ website content (graphics, videos, etc.).
Administration:
• Assisting with office administration tasks, financial management, grant management and preparatory bookkeeping
Fundraising
· As a non-profit Organisation, we rely on donations and grant funding to keep us going. We need someone who can research grant opportunities and write up grant proposals as well as head up other fundraising campaigns.
Text writing:
• Whether it's for grants, our website, or our blog, we can always use help with writing texts (German and English)
• We especially need help with writing clear, concise text for grant applications and, e.g. press releases.
Since our start in 2013, Kulturschöpfer has been run by volunteers, we would not have been able exist if it were not for all the volunteers over the past decade. Join us and continue on the tradition! Our volunteers are Kulturschöpfer!
