Cafe-Balance was created by Pilates instructor/dancer & nutritionist Anna Donkin as a space for us to connect with our bodies, be encouraged, motivated & rediscover a love for movement & health.
A perfect way to shake off the winter & welcome spring/summer, our Cafe-Balance meetup this month includes an hour of VANILLA body conditioning, followed by our LIVING WELL Nutrition discussion.
VANILLA body conditioning combines Pilates strength, yoga flow, stretch & release. This is a chance for you to take a moment for yourself, to reconnect with your body & challenge your strength. The class is not intimidating, it is easy to follow and gives you room to push your body as far as you feel comfortable.
After class we have some time for LIVING WELL 'Chill & chat' Nutrition, Coffee, Exercise & all things healthy, are usually a typical part of our discussions.
This month we will explore the concept of 'BALANCE' & what it looks like in our day to day lives.
Bring a yoga mat, some water & we look forward to seeing you there!
